In the trade a variety of vegan alternatives to soy products are available to those affected.

Cashew spread cheese instead of soy cheese
Instead aufschlagbarer soy cream can, according to the German Vegetarian Federation „whipped rice or coconut cream“ such as „Rice cream from the spray can“ be used. A substitute for soy cheese offers cream cheese based on coconut, cashew or rice. The cashew cheese can be made from 150 grams of cashews themselves, by soaking them in water overnight and the next day with herbs and spices such as paprika and yeast flakes mixed into a cream, reports the „dpa“. The spread cheese is then well packaged in the refrigerator for several days preserved. (Fp)
