The German Central Association of Homeopathic Physicians (DZVhÄ) has a new board
06/07/2011
Cornelia Bajic (doctor) was confirmed on June 4 in Aachen in her office as the first chairwoman of the DZVhÄ by the delegates of the professional association. Silvia Nuvoloni-Buhl (doctor), who replaces Curt Kösters, who did not run for seven years after becoming a member of the Executive Board, was elected as the new 2nd Chairman. She was previously active as an assessor for new forms of care for the DZVhÄ board. This area is now supervised by two project managers and is located at the 2nd chair. Medical Director Franziska Polzer-Foreman and Finance Director Monika Kölsch (doctor) were confirmed in their offices by the approximately 60 delegates. This board is elected for four years. Angelika Gutge-Wickert (doctor), formerly assessor training, did not run again after eight years of board work. The field of continuing medical homeopathy is now divided into four areas, which are supervised by project managers and are managed by Cornelia Bajic.
The delegates' meeting of the DZVhÄ took place from June 4th to 5th in Aachen, directly after the German Homeopathy Congress, in which about 650 physicians took part. The DZVhÄ was founded in 1829 in Köthen (Anhalt) and is the professional association of physicians who have the additional name homeopathy. The club has about 4,000 members. In addition to the health and professional policy tasks, the DZVhÄ advocates a qualified further education in homeopathy and the promotion of research. (Pm)
