Deidesheim / Bad Rothenfelde / Schmannewitz. The RHM clinic group from Deidesheim takes over the rehabilitation clinic Dahlener Heide in Schmannewitz. A corresponding contract was signed by RHM Managing Director Dr. Ing. André M. Schmidt and Reinhard Dengg as managing directors and representatives of Dahlener Heide GmbH & Co. Betriebs KG. Thereafter, the neighboring Christiaan-Barnard-Klinik takes over the operation of the Rehabilitation Clinic Dahlener Heide. The clinic property itself remains the property of the previous shareholders and was tied up with a long-term lease to the new owner of the company with the obligation to continue to operate a rehabilitation clinic in Schmannewitz. Silence has been agreed on the purchase price of the company.

Location is significantly strengthened
The rehabilitation clinic Dahlener Heide offers 210 beds a high quality treatment in the fields of orthopedics, psychosomatics and psychotherapy. With this, the company complements the portfolio of the directly adjacent Christiaan-Barnard-Klinik of the RHM Clinic Group, which focuses on cardiology and oncology with appropriately oriented psychosomatics.
