Medicinal herbal tea with valerian

3 parts of hawthorn flowers,
2 parts lemon balm leaves
5 parts valerian root and
5 parts of mistletoe are mixed in the pharmacy.

One teaspoon of the mixture is poured over one quarter liter of boiling water and strained after seven to eight minutes. Drink a cup of herbal tea every morning and evening.
