Basics of self-therapy

The self - therapy (also called self - urine therapy) is one of the stimulus and Umstimmungstherapien. Thousands of years ago, the natural urine was used by many primitive peoples for diagnosis and treatment. The Indians used self-therapy to rid the body of contaminated substances for performing yoga. The well-known Greek doctor Hippocrates (460 - 375 BC) also worked with this form of therapy and used the healing powers of urine. In the 20th century, the Englishman John Armstrong made the self-therapy known. In doing so, he healed his own lung disease, which at that time was considered incurable. Similar to the self-blood therapy, the self-urine should serve to arouse in the body a stimulus, then what is expected of a reaction of the immune system. The urine is used in therapy either internally, externally or as an injection.

Understandably, many people react with disgust to the idea of drinking their own urine or getting it injected in a syringe, even if in very small quantities. Thus, the natural urine therapy is still very controversial. Many therapists using this therapy are doing so successfully. The opponents, however, do not believe in the effect of a substance that is excreted by the body. In addition, there are no scientific results for self-therapy. However, these are present in almost no therapy in the field of natural medicine. Self-therapy is one of the therapies in the field of empirical medicine.

Effects of natural urine therapy

According to the proponents of self-therapy, this is pain-relieving, antispasmodic, immunostimulating and regulatively enters the hormone system.

Urine contains minerals such as calcium, potassium and sodium, vitamins, amino acids, hormones and enzymes. These are fed back to the body when ingested and injected. This causes a stimulus, which should cause the body to react with a so-called stimulus response. This means that the immune system is stimulated. The defense has to work and can combat a variety of diseases better. Externally applied, especially the wound healing of the skin is stimulated.

Urine, before it reaches the outside, is actually an almost sterile substance. It has antiseptic and antiviral properties that can be used in the treatment. However, if a patient takes medication, such as antibiotics or glucocorticoids, the effect is almost resolved. The natural urine contains, of course, so-called toxic substances, which arise mainly in diseases. However, the advocates of this therapy assume that these just strengthen the immune system and stimulate the production of IgE and IgA. These are immunoglobulins that are responsible in the body as so-called antibodies for immunity.

Carrying out the natural urine therapy

Internal application
The in-house application of self-therapy involves gargling, inhaling, enemas, use as ear or nose drops, and drinking. For this purpose, the daily morning midstream urine is collected in a container and drunk sober.

The self-urine is also used for potentiation. Potentiation means that a medicine, in this case urine, is diluted with water and then shaken. This is done according to established rules. Also, the potentiated self-urine is used for oral ingestion, and this drop by drop.

The internal intake of the own urine is recommended as a cure for at least four weeks. The doses are continuously increased, for example from 0.5 dl to 2 dl daily.

Natural urine as injection
Before the urine is re-injected, it must be sterile-filtered or mixed with alcohol. Most substances are added, such as procaine or lidocaine. Subsequently, extremely small amounts (0.1 to 1.0 ml) are injected into the muscle or under the skin at intervals of two to three days for a period of approximately four to six weeks.

External application
The external application shows very good results. The natural urine is dabbed undiluted or used for envelopes and baths.
