For whom is hair oil suitable??
Hair oil is particularly suitable for brittle, splittery or damaged hair. Hair oil is not the same as hair oil. Yolk oil builds up thin hair, jojoba oil provides dry hair tips, olive oil tames curly curls. Oil from peanuts or burdock root brings new hold and argan oil helps dull hair to shine again.

We massage the oil into the hair, depending on the variety a few drops. The longer and denser the hair, the more recommended a brush to apply it. Then the oil acts around the 10 minutes. Then we wash the hair.
If we leave oil in the damp hair after washing, we only cover the hair tips, not the scalp.
coconut oil
Coconut oil is also one of the most common as well as the most controversial hair oils. For centuries, Indians have been swearing by coconut oil and coconut milk, which gives their hair a silky shine.
Critics argue that it is so rich that it "stifles" the hair, so no moisture on it, disturbs the metabolism of the skin and so in the medium term, the opposite of what it should serve: the hair is brittle, damages are episode.
To apply coconut oil, put an old cloth over your shoulders so that it does not come off your clothes. The oil is difficult to remove. It's best to start the care in the bathroom, but you do not have to stay there if you wrap a "turban" of old fabric around your head. Alternatively, you can also put on a swimming cap. The headgear should only sit for several hours or even overnight.
If you use too much oil, it will look greasy - even after several washes. Rub warm coconut oil in your hands and massage it with your fingers from the ends of the hair. Do not oil the hair roots and scalp. The scalp produces its own fat, the rich coconut oil can damage this natural protection.
If you have thin hair, just grease the hair tips.
Use a sulfate-free shampoo to wash out the coconut oil. Wash it at least three times until the hair does not feel oily any more.

Indian women do not rely on daily washing for hair care, but often wash their hair only once a week, leaving it dry in the air. They comb it with coarse-toothed brushes that traditionally do not contain metal.
Oils are more important in India than shampoo. Indians massage it into the hair a few hours before washing - usually they use coconut oil or coconut milk twice a week. Alternatively, they use milk. On the coasts of the country, but also in Sri Lanka or Indonesia, coconut oil is often the only available hair oil. But that is abundantly available due to the amount of coconut palms.
The Indians have used it since ancient times to care for their hair. They mixed it with herbs to prevent hair loss.
Coconut oil for hair loss
Coconut oil with the broth of sage leaves to help against hair loss. That's not scientifically proven. The same applies to the mixture of coconut oil and cooked gooseberries.
Care for damaged hair
The oil contains lauric acid and is therefore suitable for treating hair damage by loss of protein. To do so, massage it into the hair and let it work for about an hour before washing your hair.
Cool
People in the hot countries of origin of coconut oil use it to cool the scalp. It also evaporates slowly and keeps your hair moist, which is important in the heat of the sun.
Hair oil against dandruff
Coconut oil is an effective home remedy for dandruff in the hair. To do this, mix it with warm water and castor oil, massage it into the scalp or mix it with sesame oil. Let the oil mixture work for half an hour and then wash it out.

The oil extracted from the nutritive tissue of the coconut melts when heated, and as the temperature on the scalp spreads evenly, the oil spreads evenly. When it cools, it solidifies again, and so it can be used like a hair cream.
Strengthen hair
To strengthen dry, brittle hair, apply a mixture of coconut oil and lavender oil to the scalp, secure with a bathing cap or cloth, let it soak overnight and then wash it again the next morning.
hair conditioner
From coconut fat and warm milk you can prepare a paste and use it as a hair conditioner. To do this, mix the milk with the fat, leave the porridge to work for 20 minutes and then rinse it. This conditioner is especially effective on dry and damaged hair.
Against hair splitting
A mixture of coconut and almond oil helps against hair splitting, especially when the split ends only a few strands of hair. For this purpose, massage the mixture into the affected areas for a few minutes, let it work in and then rinse it off again.
Argan oil
Argan oil is almost without any odor and can be found in many shampoos. The pure oil is used for hair masks and rinses.
The oil obtained from the seed flakes of the ripe berry fruit of the argan tree contains vitamin E and phytochemicals. It is suitable for the care of damaged hair tips and has proven itself as a home remedy for dry hair. Dry scalp can be greased with Arganöl excellent, regardless of whether this is due to low humidity in heated rooms, caused by fluctuations in hormone levels or psychologically.

Itches the skin because it has dried out, a few drops of argan oil act immediately and serve as a first aid. Thanks to the oil, the skin is able to store moisture again and the head itch disappears.
The oil also helps against brittle peaks. Fragile hair can be treated by rubbing it into the dry hair. If they are looking good, you can tame hair that has been ragged with argan oil.
Grapeseed oil
Grape seed oil was already used by women in the Middle Ages for hair care. It was a luxury product, and because of the expense of making it, it was very expensive. For this reason, it disappeared in the modern age from the market - synthetic products repressed it.
Today grape seed oil is again popular. But the production is laborious even with industrial methods: For one liter of the oil we need 40 kilograms of grape seeds. These fall off during wine growing. Since the oil is in demand again in cosmetics, companies specialize in producing the oil.
It can be pressed either cold or warm. During the hot pressing, the cores are heated to 216 degrees Celsius and exposed to solvents to pull the oil out of the cores. The hot pressing has the advantage that it goes fast. The disadvantage is that ingredients are lost, especially the substances that accompany the vegetable fats.
Important nutrients
Grape seed oil contains a whole range of nutrients for hair care and is a very light oil. It contains 68% more linoleic acid than all other vegetable oils, plus vitamin A, vitamin B6 and vitamin E..
Vitamin A is necessary to build up the hair and thus helps to regenerate damage. Vitamin B6 promotes hair growth. Vitamin E strengthens the hair. All three vitamins together counteract hair loss as well as damage.
Hair treatment with grapeseed oil
Unlike heavy oils, grapeseed oil does not. At the same time, it can be used sparingly, and this relativizes the high price. For a cure with shoulder-length hair, four tablespoons of the product are enough.
To do this, wash the hair with shampoo and dry it. Then distribute the oil first in the tips, then in the lengths and massage it in the end in the scalp. Now you comb the hair thoroughly and put on a swimming cap or fix it with a cloth.
After 20 minutes rinse the hair with warm water. Do not use shampoo or cold water.

Avocado oil is packed with vitamins and minerals: vitamins A, B2, B6, D and E, plus potassium. It penetrates the hair well and provides it with moisture. Caution is advised: avocado oil is rich and harms with permanent use of the own fat production of the scalp.
This also applies to olive oil, which moves in more slowly. For light hair, you should avoid this, as it darkens the hair.
Burdock root oil
The oil of the burdock roots helps against eczema of the scalp and, with restrictions, against hair loss. The common name of the burdock root was "Grindroot" - an indication that our ancestors used the plant to treat "grind", ie scab, rash and skin inflammation.
To gain the oil, we collect the roots of the burdock between April and May. Since the ingredients are concentrated most. The tuber is collected in the second year. We recognize this because the leaves do not touch the ground anymore.
We cut the collected roots into small pieces and put them in olive oil in a sealed glass for a month. The oil does not tolerate cold. To dissolve the substances from the root, we should keep the mixture in the boiler room.
We can also boil the cut roots in water - 15 minutes with the lid closed. Then we let the broth cool and scoop it off with a fine sieve. We mix the broth with olive oil and massage it into the scalp.
Burdock roots contain arctinol. This works against psoriasis and fungal attack. Sesquiterpenes in the roots promote the production of carotenoid, and this substance contributes to hair growth. Polyphenols in the roots have an antibacterial effect. The plant hormones sitosterol and stigmasterol inhibit inflammation and have a positive effect on hair growth.
Burdock root oil cares for the hair and scalp, works against eczema of the scalp, psoriasis and swelling. Allergies rarely occur.
Against dandruff, warm the oil, massage it into hair and scalp and leave it to work overnight. In the morning you can remove the scales with a Nissenkamm. (Dr. Utz Anhalt)
