Yoga Vidya organizes for the second time the Business Yoga Congress in Horn-Bad Meinberg

From 1 to 3 June, the second Business Yoga Congress will take place in Horn-Bad Meinberg. This is under the motto of the Yoga Vidya e.V. in collaboration with Yogabiz „Business meets Yoga: work and health in transition - impulses for the future“ organized.
Under the auspices of the former Director-General of the European Central Bank, Gerald Grisse, the second Business Yoga Congress will once again take place in the former Park Clinic in Horn-Bad Meinberg. It shows how business yoga can improve the occupational health and individual well-being of employees, or what contribution it can make. Each of the three days of the conference starts with various thematic yoga exercises and is then each under a specific motto.
Business meets Yoga: work and health in transition - impulses for the future
The focus of the first day of the congress is „New economy, new work“. This should provide impulses for future entrepreneurial action. Under the title „Empowerment in work and health“ The second day is about self-management, mindful communication and a longing for work-life balance. The third and final day of the congress is the topic „New old values“ dedicated: „Spiritual techniques in business“ and „operational decisions from a yogic point of view“ are among other things the event contents.
Overall, the three-day workshop offers nearly 80 plenary lectures, workshops and practice sessions. Well-known experts and book authors like Dr. Rüdiger Dahlke, dr. Ellis Huber, Erik Händeler and many others. The complete congress program is available for download as PDF.

Many companies can only assert themselves through additional creativity, teamwork and cooperation in their industry. Yoga teachers will learn during the congress how they can more effectively reach and support people in their daily work with their yoga lessons. In addition, the teachers learn how to adapt their teaching to specific tasks.
