Former supporters plan memorial service for deceased cancer doctor Mechthild Bach

Former patients and supporters are planning a memorial service in Hannover-Langenhagen for the deceased cancer doctor Mechthild Bach. The sudden death of the cancer doctor Mechthild Bach has shocked many former supporters and patients. The doctor had taken the surprising night of the night from Sunday to month. Now the deceased should find their last rest on the Langenhagen cemetery. The memorial service is organized by the "Circle of Friends Bach“. Supporters of the medical doctor had gathered in the association.

In the coming week, the funeral of the heavily controversial doctor should take place. Bach was in court for a total of eight years. The cancer doctor was accused of being responsible for the killing of a total of thirteen seriously ill patients. Most recently, the court had stressed that instead of a conviction on the basis of „homicide“ also „murder“ eligible. The public prosecutor Hildesheim is based on found farewell letters from the assumption that Mechthild Bach took this life as a result of this announcement. The deceased had an overdose of strong analgesics and eventually died of poisoning.

According to a regional newspaper report, the memorial service of the former euthanasia advocate is to take place in coordination with the funeral home. The memorial service is planned in the Elisabethkirche in Langenhagen near Hannover. The „Circle of friends Mechthild Bach“ assumes the costs and organization of the funeral, as no related relatives are known. Many of the supporters live in Langenhagen. Before the medical certificate was withdrawn, the 61-year-old doctor had worked at the Paracelsus Hospital in Langenhagen at the cancer ward. Many of the friends and former patients live in the vicinity of the clinic. Therefore, the funeral service and burial should take place in this place, said the music director and former friend Ernst Müller to the „HAZ“.
