Barmer GEK offers special online training to strengthen mental health

Individual training offer
Initially, the training offer provides answers to various questions about the mood, the stress situation and the sleeping habits. Then, based on the results, the training will be adapted to the personal needs of the insured, says Barmer GEK. The effectiveness of online training in mental health problems has been proven by scientific studies and in particular "training, which include psychological support through feedback functions", would have shown positive effects, the health insurance continues.

Up to 15 weeks of online training
The CEO of Barmer GEK, Dr. Ing. According to Christoph Straub, "online training makes an important contribution to strengthening mental health."
