New federal aid regulation valid
Federal aid regulation - valid in other states
05/03/2014
The BMI has informed the BDH on request that the agreements on federal aid for non-medical practitioner expenses now also apply in other federal states: Brandenburg, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saxony-Anhalt have joined the agreement.
The Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) had agreed in 2013 with the non-medical practitioner associations, a new agreement on eligible fees for non-medical practitioner services, which is valid since 1 September 2013.
As reported, NRW has issued an amending regulation based on the rates of the agreement for federal aid, which has been in force since 1 January 2014. The BMI has recently informed the BDH that other federal states have joined the BMI agreement on federal aid. In the following Länder, the rates of federal aid will therefore also apply to the state officials: Brandenburg, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saxony-Anhalt. (Pm)
