A new judgment of the federal fiscal court gives hope for many patients. He considers the costs of homeopathic, anthroposophic or phytotherapeutic treatments tax-deductible as extraordinary burdens.

The Federal Finance Court has decided that a homeopathic, anthroposophic or phytotherapeutic treatment can be claimed as extraordinary tax burdens. In these legally recognized treatment methods, the prescription of a doctor or alternative practitioner is sufficient to prove the need for therapy.
