Skin Prevent wrinkles early with the help of fat and moisture
More and more women are fit and attractive even in old age. No one likes to look old. Gray hair is easy to dye. But what helps against the wrinkles that develop over the years? Help anti-aging products?
Genes play a significant role
Nowadays, many women are still attractive and fit at the age of 50. Many then ask themselves: "How do they do that?" Respectively, whether and when you actually need an anti-wrinkle cream. As Elena Helfenbein of the VKE cosmetics association in Berlin explained in a message from the news agency dpa, the genes decide to a large extent on how long someone looks young. However, the skin is also stressed by environmental factors such as UV radiation and exhaust gases. Even unhealthy habits such as smoking or drinking alcohol leave their mark.
Start early with proper care
The skin should be supported early with the appropriate care, so the advice of Mrs. Helfenbein: "Prevention is the keyword." In the care for young-looking skin are the two Fs - fat and moisture - in the foreground. As the beautician explained, lipids, ie fats, ensure that the skin remains elastic and supple. As the skin loses its ability to retain moisture as it ages, it is important to replenish the moisture deposits with proper care for mature skin.
Natural measures against aging
In special anti-aging products - from creams to ampoules - contain active ingredients that can provide the skin with fats and moisture. However, many experts doubt such products and believe that it is not the case that these miracle products make them more beautiful. Natural, effective measures against premature aging include a healthy diet, adequate sleep and abstinence from nicotine. As the skin also over-dries due to too frequent washing and sun baths, both should rather be restricted. (Ad)
