Then it is divided and shaped into round to oval pieces, which are very thin in the middle and slightly thicker at the edge.

Pepper, cumin, fresh coriander, pesto, chili or garlic oil provide the spice.

A delicious variation is a pizza with cheese, fresh mushrooms and some truffle oil. For afternoon tea, enjoy a sweet naan bread with a thin quark layer and fresh berry fruits. After proofing, the oriental flatbread comes into the oven for another five minutes - and ready. The big advantage is that it remains mellow even when cold.
