Arschgeweih Tattoo Not everyone is allowed to remove these tattoos by laser device
Some years ago, the so-called "antler" was in some people in. Others have the name of the partner in the skin sting. Many see their tattoos today as "youthful sins" and want to get rid of them. Meanwhile, there are lasers, with which you can remove tattoos clean. But not everyone is allowed to do such a treatment.
Remove old youthful sins
Sometimes it is a small rose on the arm, sometimes a dolphin on the back; but it can also be the name of the ex or an ugly "antlers": Many people have stung a tattoo that they want to get rid of again. But what possibilities exist to have the body images removed? Laser removal is sometimes associated with major health risks. Nevertheless, it is considered the safest and most effective method. But not every tattoo parlor is allowed to perform this treatment.
Not everyone is allowed to perform the treatment
While tattoos used to be socially outlawed and reserved for special populations (such as seafarers, prisoners), today they are widely accepted and found in all walks of life.
However, not more than 15 percent of Germans have a tattoo, as surveys showed. Some people want to get rid of the images or writing on their skin and turn to their tattoo parlor.
They often have to be turned away there. Because not everyone is allowed to remove tattoos with a laser, because this can cause dangerous injuries.
According to the Thuringian Higher Administrative Court (AZ: 1 EO 596/15) laymen are not allowed to remove tattoos with a laser device. This informs the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Medizinrecht of the Deutscher Anwaltverein (DAV) on its website.
Permission according to the Heilpraktikergesetz
In the case under negotiation, a man applied to the city of Erfurt for permission to remove tattoos with a laser device. This refused, however. The city was of the opinion that he needed a permit under the Heilpraktikergesetz (§ 1 HeilprG). The man went to court.
The Higher Administrative Court (OVG) confirmed the refusal of the city and relied on an opinion, according to which the treatment with concrete and not insignificant health hazards may be connected. The interest of the man, the loss of income threatened, would have to stand back. (Ad)
