How healthy is lamb's lettuce?

In addition, the vegetables are rich in provitamin A, beta-carotene, folic acid, iron, phosphate, magnesium, potassium and calcium. With only 14 kilocalories per 100 grams, lamb's lettuce is a welcome low-calorie diet. The healthy vegetables are also considered home remedy for winter depression.
