Causes of deafness in the head

In some cases, it can according to experience reports to deafness on the head as a side effect on or after hair dye or a surgical procedure come. Mindful persons should always be accompanied by accompanying symptoms. For example, if co-ordination or sense of smell is also involved, imaging techniques should exclude neoplastic events such as meningioma. By examining the cerebrospinal fluid, the cerebrospinal fluid, it is also possible to recognize other diseases, such as Hashimoto's encephalopathy. Deafness on the head is also the subject of complaints such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Lyme disease or a herniated disc. Naturopathy, which deals mainly with functional causes of head deafness, knows various causes, ranging from vitamin B deficiency to neck tension.

Naturopathy and numb scalp

The orthomolecular medicine (OM), which carries out the examination of the blood, is often found in those affected a lack of B vitamins. These are substituted by a rich dose and further looked at whether there is a problem in the metabolism, which could have caused the deficiency.

In the mechanical view of the symptoms there are different approaches. According to the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), which strongly relies on body language, it is a twisting of the superficial fascia, the so-called cylindrical fascia. They are treated on a large scale. For this, a large bundle of hair is usually taken by the practitioner and then the scalp is pulled off sideways obliquely upwards, so that the fascia can orientate itself again in its normal orientation.

Another approach is Osteopathy dar. Here, the symptoms are usually seen more in the sense of too much tension, which can tense the scalp or a nerve that runs from the back of the head through the muscles can be affected by a Hartspann. The reasons that can lead to it are also sought in osteopathy on the place where the symptoms occur. For this purpose, the overall statics is taken into account and the stress distribution is examined and, if necessary, treated. Patients often wonder that in an initial examination for other complaints is asked, such as chest pain, back pain or headache radiating from the back of the head.

The Rolfing approach is similar in that functional complaints also appear in a problem of stress distribution and overall statics, but also take into account emotional relationships. (Thorsten Fischer, Naturopath Osteopathy)
