Germanic Healing? Brown poison in natural medicine
Critical spirits, who are skeptical of "conventional medicine" and are looking for natural healing methods - independent of the pharmaceutical industry, reject vehemently any contact with fascists. But there is a deep brown tradition of "naturopathy" that attacked modern medicine as "Jewish" and opposed the Hippocratic oath to heal people, countering racial delusion and "unworthy life".

Anthroposophy, Ariosophy, Herbology and Homeopathy considered Himmler and the Nazi ancestor heritage "Germanic" medicine, which stood against the "Jewish" empirical empiricism, because "the Teuton recognized his equals in the heart".

The Nazi ideology of the "New German Healing" today fascinates especially right-wing extremists, but deductions from it are also haunting in circles of naturalists who generally reject misanthropic world-views; Often there is a lack of knowledge that this is not "forgotten healing art" of the ancient Teutons, but a murderous doctrine of the 1930s, which belongs just as much to the Nazi regime as Mengele in Auschwitz.

Homeopaths had little to do with the inglorious role played by their guild members in the NS extermination system, and Rudolf Steiner's anthroposophy was even elemental to Himmler's conception of biodynamic agriculture.

anthroposophy

Anthroposophy originated around 1900 in the course of the Lebensreform movement, in the Volkish milieu that was directed in particular against the ideas of the French Revolution, that is, against liberalism and socialism.

Ruddolf Steiner was at times close to social democratic reform pedagogy, then he invented anthroposophy; he mixed astrology, karma and rebirth with the notion of "root races": Africans are therefore subject to their animal instincts; Natives of North America a "saturnian race", degenerate and doomed to destruction. The "Aryan race", however, unite the "spirit-creating whites".

According to Steiner, the history of planets is determined, invisible beings and rebirths belong to the cosmos into which man has to be fatefully integrated.

Biologically dynamic agriculture

Steiner saw cosmic forces in the organic fertilizer, so animal manure and green manure act, and agriculture should be in the catchment with "cosmic laws": the apple belonged, for example, to the planet Jupiter. Only living things could transmit the cosmic forces, and therefore he rejected mineral fertilizers.

The biodynamic agriculture in anthroposophic variant is based on Steiner's idea. People develop in Steiner by reincarnations that are dependent on "planetary ages". This allegedly taught him the "Akasha Chronicle," which had only been revealed to him by supernatural beings.

As such an "exporter," he propagated inviolable "truths" about agriculture, "races," medicine, and school, which contradicted the enlightened pedagogical insights of his time as well as modern medicine based on empirical evidence.

According to Steiner, there was no evolution, but the "human races" had successively taken place on seven planets, and these planets determined their properties. In the process, "outlaws" emerged, namely the "Atlanteans" and the white Europeans, the "Aryans", as spiritual races.

After East Asia, people had emigrated without ego consciousness, and the instinct-driven without intellect had become the "Negroes". About dark-skinned Africans he "knew": "Because he has the sunshine on the surface of his skin, his metabolism is as if he were cooked in his heart by the sun. That's where his instinctual life comes from. "

We know such fantasies of fever sufferers, or of paranoid schizophrenics in acute psychoses. In fact, later psychologists diagnosed Steiner with schizophrenia.

He agreed with the Nazis that the "Aryan" was the "master race". He wrote: "The blond hair is actually clever." But the blondness loses itself, because the human race weakens. Hitler's fear of the "degeneration" of the "Germanic race" was also shared by Steiner.

Steiner's idea of biodynamic agriculture had nothing to do with abandoning pesticides or criticizing industrial animal production, but with "cosmic forces". Substances such as sulfur have "mental properties".

He rejected the agronomic findings of the 20th century; Physics, chemistry and (scientific) medicine would not recognize the "inner connections" revealed to him by supernatural (ie unassignable) forces.

In sum, anthroposophy was directed against empirical science, against the materialism of the modern left and the Enlightenment, in short against everything that distinguished the ideas of the French Revolution.

Steiner's fantasies of cosmic forces and angels guiding man were just as new as his supernaturally determined status as the herald of an absolute truth, and the predetermination that can not be changed by human activity through karma and rebirth.

Rather, Steiner drew on the esoteric-racist currents of the early twentieth century, which combined the worldview of the Middle Ages, overcome in 1789, with immovable hierarchies between master and servant with the ideology of the Indian caste system, dividing people "cosmically" into high and low and as spice racist constructions of anthropology.

Such ideas came only too close to Heinrich Himmler's "Germanic mysticism", and leading Nazis were consequently inspired by anthroposophy.

Steiner's brown disciples

Rudolf Steiner's agriculture found enthusiastic supporters under the National Socialists, and conversely, many anthroposophists recognized themselves in the Nazi regime. The Nazis did indeed dissolve the Anthroposophical Society, but this was not, as in the case of Communists and Social Democrats, political contradictions, but on the contrary, the competition of an ideologically similar organization outside the NSDAP.

The imperial peasant leader Walther Darré transformed Steiner's principles into the "life-law land-building method". The anthroposophist Ewald Köhler saw the Third Reich as a realizer of anthroposophy.

He wrote: "At the same time, however, a movement asserted itself that deepened the biological question of the way of life and created a science of natural medicine. Strictly speaking, this means nothing more than racial hygiene. "His idea of" natural medicine "coincided with the SS.

The best-known representatives of this "natural medicine" under the Nazis were Heinrich Himmler and Rudolf Hess. Within Hitler's leadership, technology fanatics competed with these "eco-fascists." Himmler and Hess were equally enthusiastic about "biodynamic agriculture" in Steiner's tradition as well as for renewable energies, homeopathy and "German" medicinal herbs.

Erhard Bartsch, the editor of the anthroposophical magazine "Demeter", built the bridge between the anthroposophically inspired Nazi elites and the anthroposophist Steinerscher Schule.

The anthroposophists stood under special protection of Rudolf Hess, and as long as he was on Hitler's side, Steiner's "organic farmers" could operate unhindered and Waldorf schools unfold. Hess fled to England in 1941, and only now did Hitler close the Waldorf schools.

Anthroposophists never advocated genocide, but like the Nazis, they divided people into "races" of higher and inferior abilities, and the hierarchy of these "races" differed only marginally from Nazi racialism.

Above all, the Nazis were attracted to the anthroposophical biodynamic agriculture by the intersection of the "blood and soil" ideology of the "Volksgemeinschaft". The "Germanic peasants" should, according to the Nazi race doctrine, nourished self-sufficient, so as not to be dependent on other "races".

Heinrich Hinmmler started a large-scale experiment of the NS "Naturmedizin" He had the inmates in the KZ-Dachau create a biodynamic herb garden, headed by the anthroposophist Franz Lippert.

The herb garden of Dachau

To the concentration camp herb garden belonged a laboratory for the "people medicine". Countless inmates died in forced labor to plant the plantation. They had to work in the rain and cold, in soaked and inappropriate clothing, the guards abused and arbitrarily killed the enslaved.

Human experiments, homeopathy and herbal medicine went hand in hand. Immediately next to the garden, the SS tortured inmates in ice water to investigate the effects of hypothermia.

The ubiquitous epidemics, caused by the appalling hygienic conditions and the malnutrition of the victims offered the NS "Naturopaths" the field of experimentation. For example, they treated tuberculosis sufferers (unsuccessfully) with homeopathy.

Rudolf Sturmberger writes on heise.de: "The rational madness of this place can be guessed, if you know that a few hundred meters from the crematorium a concentration camp brothel was set up, and that a few hundred meters away from the unfortunates who in the Ice water experiments were tortured, the SS guards lovingly cared for the Angora rabbits in the concentration camp. Because the SS maintained as an enterprise in more than 30 concentration camp these rabbit farms, 1943 were that more than 25,000 animals, which were held better than the prisoners.

The anthroposophical company Weleda supplied the herb garden, and Lippert had worked here before.

The "German Research Institute for Nutrition and Food (DVA)", a group of the SS, researched medicinal plants. A "new German medicine" should replace the empirical scientific medicine of the Weimar Republic.

"New German Medicine"

Natural medicine of the 1920s emphasized a holistic approach between mind, body, nature and the cosmos, which "conventional medicine" does not take into account. Nazi doctors found in it a template.

In particular, Heinrich Himmler and the SS organization "Ahnenerbe" believed in a "Germanic high culture", from which the other high cultures in Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece and Rome had derived and financed expeditions and excavations in order to provide evidence for this fiction. ) Find.

The supporting role played by Jewish and Arab physicians in the history of "conventional medicine" had to be a thorn in the side of "Germanic believers". For centuries, medicine in Isfahan, Baghdad, Cairo or Cordoba was far ahead of Germany, later hallucinated by the Nazis as the "center of Germanic tribes".

Himmler firstly saw a historic general attack by the "Jews" on the witch-hunt of the "Jewified" Roman church, the destruction of the "generation power of the Aryan race"; secondly, his idea of a "new Germanic empire" was necessarily tied to a fictitious "Germanic medicine" tie. Fictitious, because little was known about the medicine of the tribes of the ancient Romans called Germanic tribes east of the Rhine.

On the one hand, the search for "ancient (herbal) knowledge" of the "Germanic ancestors" fit perfectly into the ideology of the "master race", and on the other, "holistic" was transferred directly to the fascist state: the individual was no longer in view the "holistic medicine" of the NSDAP, but the "national body", which would have to be "cleaned of harmful elements". In Dachau these political opponents appointed to "people's pests" paid "Germanic medicine" with their lives.

The Germanic mystics in the NSDAP were able to build on the various nationalist concepts of the 1920s. Peter Kratz writes: "The concept of unity in diversity as an organicist harmony is reactionary in the class society determined by contradictions and opposing opposites, because it leaves the rulers the decisive advantage from the outset: domination."

In 1935, the "Working Group for a New German Medicine" was founded, which was to merge natural and conventional medicine. "Health" received the "Aryan race" for the National Socialists. Each "Volksgenosse" was therefore obliged to keep his genetic material healthy, and German life reformers propagated the means for a "healthy lifestyle".

It was not possible, as in the "traditional medicine" of the Weimar Republic, which had the Hippocratic oath as a basis, to heal the individual suffering of individual people, but to the "health of the breed". This meant continuing to "breed" the Nazis' especially "Aryan" -recognized people, not "Rassereine", but to murder people with real or alleged handicapped people.

The cynically called euthanasia (Greek beautiful death) consequence of this teaching despising people cost the lives of hundreds of thousands of people: inmates of psychiatric as well as "subhuman" respected citizens of Eastern Europe and Russia.

The "Germanic New Medicine"

The inglorious role that studied physicians played in the Nazi era was, after 1945, partially worked up by critical medical historians. However, the curious "treatment methods" spread again; Right-wing physicians who lost their license to practice and rediscover anti-Semitic conspiracy fantasies who allegedly rediscovered "lost knowledge" joined the "mystical medicine" of their Nazi role models.

Ryke Geerd Hamer (born 1935) was once a physician, but lost his license in 1986. He was imprisoned for illegal practice, wanted by warrant, and drafted "Germanic New Medicine.".

In 1995, he was suspected of being responsible for over 80 deaths from his "treatment." This year, the authorities saved six-year-old girl Olivia Pilhar's life by depriving her right-wing parents of their education. The "treated" previously the cancer patient after Hamers "methods".

The Koblenz Administrative Court declared Hamer incapable of practicing a doctor in 1989 because of "a weakness of his mental powers, unreliability, and a psychopathological personality structure." But Hamer continued to work - illegally.

In 1992, he was given six months in prison on probation in Cologne because one of his patients had to be amputated because of his "treatment". Relatives of patients of "Germanic New Medicine" who had been treated to death sued successfully, so that Hamer was imprisoned for a year in Cologne in 1997.

In Germany, the ground was now burning under his feet, and he therefore practiced in France, but came here too in jail, from 2004 to 2006. In Austria and Germany, there were arrest warrants, which Hamer escaped by fleeing to Norway.

According to Hamer, there are five "Biological Laws of Nature" that apply to all illnesses. The trigger of any illness is a "biological shock". Cancer is a "special biological program" and a reaction to this shock. The cancer is therefore part of the cure and should never be "disturbed" by medication and surgery. Rather, the patient must lose the fear of the cancer, so that the healing progresses. Around Hamer, there is a fan base that rejects any rational method of curing disease.

This community is composed of right-wing extremists, which is also close, because the conspiracy delusion of Hamer corresponds to the Nazi ideology. He said for example:

"The Jewish religion is known to divide everything in benign and malignant, so also in the Jewish so-called conventional medicine. We non-Jews are being forced to continue practicing Jewish medicine.15 Millions of your fellow citizens have been killed in the last 20 years (by "Jewish medicine"). "

Behind his imprisonment and the ostracism of his fantasies by reputable doctors stuck with Hamer again and again "the Jews". The "Talmud Zionists" wanted to "kill all non-Jews".

Chemotherapy for cancer would allegedly implant patients with chips that killed the patients remotely. Behind them were Jewish doctors.

Vaccinations also served the "Jewish lodges" to tag people with chips to control them. Hamer is close to the "Reichsbürgerbewegung", which claims that Germany is a limited liability company, as evidenced by the staff (!) ID card. Their prominent member is the neo-Nazi Horst Mahler.

Hamer intends to become the "Reich President of a German Reich". In this new "Germania" the Germanic New Medicine should replace today's medicine.

Salvation and death

The girl Sighild died of diabetes - more precisely, she died because her parents treated her according to Hamer's methods.

Baldur and Antje Renate B. lived in a settlement of the "Artgemeinschaft - Germanische Glaubensgemeinschaft", led by the neo-Nazi Jürgen Rieger. The goal was the breeding of "purebred Aryans". The members were only allowed to reproduce among themselves. Their children have to endure privation, to put up with pain and suffering, to prove that they are strong enough to be considered fertility.

The community isolated itself from the modern world. As for the NSDAP and Hamer, pains for the Teuton believers are a blessing of the body, and the death of the individual is necessary for the "species" to live on. Baldur B grew up in a Nazi family and spent his young years with the "Wiking Youth".

The parents deprived her daughter of medical examinations when her diabetes became known, and the girl died because she did not give her insulin. Another Germanic believer said that the parents had deliberately refused the medication for the child to die. It was not possible to prove in court whether the family deliberately let the girl die.

Hamer explained the case with the "Jewish conspiracy". The "lodges" had implanted Sighild with a "death chip" and then killed her, so to speak, by remote control.

Bert Hellinger

Even in the therapist scene right-wing extremists are up to mischief. The "family therapist" Bert Hellinger hit the headlines when in 1997 a participant in his seminars took his own life after blaming her for her mental health problems.

Hellinger was originally a Catholic theologian in South Africa, he propagated open anti-Semitism, relativized the Holocaust, glorified National Socialism and consequently bought the Reich Chancellery from Hitler in Berchtesgaden to carry out his "therapies" there.

Hellinger openly represents the Nazi ideology of the homogeneous national community. "People and homeland", according to him, are orders outside of which one would become ill.

His views on refugees match Pegida or the AfD. So he said, "that they can only get well if they go back to their homeland and if they are willing to share the fate of their people. Some flee from it, and they force themselves on another home that does not belong to them and does not need or want it. "

Cultural racism, in which peoples represent biocultural units, is thus accompanied by incitement against people who, whether from war or poverty, leave their homelands. Hellinger's ideology calls the New Right "Ethnopluralism".

Hellingers "Family Therapy" assumes that perpetrators and victims are fateful together, and to create "harmony", both would have to acknowledge their fate. He expressly refers to the victims of the Third Reich, while mocking the resistance fighters as "suicides". The Nazi perpetrators, however, he sees as a "victim" of a parent coercion.

Hellinger represents openly or hidden fascist ideas and presses seekers into authoritarian patterns in which they should accept their "fate".

"Family constellations according to Hellinger" are widespread, even in alternative circles, which probably have nothing to do with his misanthropic constellations. Although Hamers "Germanic New Medicine" is almost taken seriously only in right-wing circles, fragments of the "search for our roots" and Nazi ideas from the "secret knowledge of our people" seep into the natural healer scene.

Especially in circles that are open to esotericism, the indifference to fascist concepts is usually not because they share anti-human ideas, but because they do not know their background. The enthusiasm for supposedly alternative models to "conventional medicine" is accompanied by an ignorance towards the methods of honest science - up to the point of rejection - in medicine as well as in history or social science.

Within such a "destruction of reason" (George Lukasz), Brown Pied Piper have an easy game.

The Black Sun, the symbol of the SS, and esoteric fantasies about the "Chosenness of the Aryan race" are flocking to esoteric fairs between angel horoscopes and Chinese Tao. Consumers of such literature would probably be shocked if the NPD distributed their leaflets.

The Anthroposophical Association in the Netherlands has clearly distanced itself from Steiner's racism; with German anthroposophists such a cut is still pending. It is questionable anyway what remains of Steiner without his construct of human races whose fate determines the planet - just as well could someone refer to Marx, but reject the relationship between capital and labor.

The skepticism towards the pharmaceutical industry is only too easily a door opener for a people despicable agenda. (Dr. Utz Anhalt)
