Tea for stomach problems does not necessarily have to consist of several herbs. Of course, the application of a single plant is possible. However, the mixing of several individual active ingredients is usually the more effective variant, since the individual substances support one another in their effect. The selection of the right ingredients is of particular importance. Arbitrariness is not appropriate here.

Common plants in stomach tea

Most Magentee recipes contain chamomile. This is a plant that inhibits the growth of bacteria and viruses. The next plant frequently used in gastric disorders is peppermint. It is one of the oldest medicinal plants and is scarcely less popular with its stomach-strengthening effect of chamomile. Even with nausea and nausea peppermint is often used.

Recipe for stomach tea with fullness after meals

Bloating and feeling of fullness are quite uncomfortable. The following stomach tea creates some relief. The mixture consists of ten grams of ground fennel fruits, five grams of centaury, five grams of thyme herb and five grams of gentian root.

With flatulence and fullness in the upper abdomen, especially if certain foods are not tolerated, is also a tea of ​​aniseed fruits, fennel fruits and caraway fruits. All three ingredients are mixed in equal parts and previously lightly pushed so that the essential oil can escape something. This magenta tea is a tasty, healthy drink.

Application of the magenta tea
