An indication of the drug sibutramine is almost always missing.

Do not buy pills on the internet
More and more websites offer goods that can be ordered quickly and easily by mouse click. The offer is also growing in the area of ​​pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements and nutrition, according to the minister. It is not always clear to the potential buyer whether the products advertised are „Original preparations or inferior counterfeit products.“ At worst, the pills contained substances that cause dangerous side effects. Some vendors are trying to exploit the Web to offer their dubious merchandise through prevalent anonymity. Legislations reach their limits: “An effective control of all dietary supplements distributed on the Internet comes up against its limits, simply because manufacturers or distributors who are based abroad can not be reached”, stressed the minister.

That also applies to the remedy “Fat Napalm Bomb“ to. With a „cynical name“ is advertised that with supposedly „pure natural ingredients that stimulate fat burning.“ The package is printed only with Cyrillic and Asian characters. A note in German that sibutramine is included, but missing. “The unwitting intake of sibutramine is dangerous for consumers but”, warned Hartloff.
