The State Investigation Office (LUA) Rhineland-Palatinate warns against dangerous diet pills from China. The slimming pills are currently under the name „Xi You Su“ in circulation and could „in the worst case harmful to health“ be, the LUA said.

The dietary wonder drugs from China could potentially cause serious health problems. „Xi You Su“ contains the medicinal product sibutramine, which is not authorized in the EU, in high concentrations, warned the LUA Rhineland-Palatinate on Wednesday in Koblenz. The customs office Trier-Ehrang therefore has 645 capsules of the product „Xi You Su“ ensured.

Sibutramine-containing diet pills potentially harmful to health
