Beware of so-called commercial portals
Our regular analysis of these portals shows that use by third parties is practically non-existent. The sent letters and faxes but are so cleverly modeled on official forms that many volatile readers in a hurry to correct missing entries and then send. Thus, they have, because they have overlooked the often cleverly hidden or wrapped up in general phrases "offer", have concluded a contract that obliges first to pay.
In many cases remedy is possible, not a few contracts can be challenged for malicious deception. But this should always be left to experts.
