How does the perfect cup work??
Even with the tea the tastes are different. Even if the opinions on the "perfect" cup diverge, the noble infusion can still be optimized. It depends not only on the type of tea and dosage, but also the water quality.

Tea in the true sense comes from the tea shrub Camellia sinensis and includes black and green tea. Depending on the type of tea, the dosage may vary. In general, however, for a moderate infusion of a cup of tea (150 ml) 1.5 to 2 grams of tea. This is equivalent to a teaspoon or the amount that is in a teabag. For several cups is a pot of glass or porcelain, for the two teaspoons or two tea bags are sufficient. Ideally, the jar is used only for tea, so that the fine aroma is not influenced by other flavors such as fruit mixes. When the tea leaves are poured, they need a lot of space. Use suitable nets and paper filters in which the tea can spread and develop its aroma.
Tea loves freshly boiled tap water.

With long-boiled or stale water easily creates a faded taste. While with black tea, the boiling water is poured directly over the tea leaves, it must first cool the green tea to 70 to 80 degrees Celsius. Brewed too hot, it quickly becomes bitter. If the content of lime is high, a water filter should be used.

The brewing time depends on the taste, but also on the desired effect. With a short brewing time of 2 to 3 minutes, caffeine is released first, so the tea is stimulating. However, a cup of tea contains about half as much caffeine as coffee, depending on the variety and preparation. With a longer brewing time of 4 to 5 minutes more tannins are released, which give the tea a tart taste and at the same time soothe the digestive tract. Teabags are generally shorter in tea bags. This is due to the fine cut of the leaves, through which aroma and active ingredients can dissolve more quickly.
