Tips and home remedies for self-treatment of heartburn by reflux

By simple means, heartburn can be successfully reduced or avoided by reflux. Instead of eating a few large portions of food, frequent small meals should be taken. Naturopathy can help with heartburn. A tea mixture e.g. made from calamus root (20g), yarrow (20g) and peppermint (10g), etc. Stimulates the stomach muscles and accelerates gastric emptying.
