New science blog of the German Central Association of Homeopathic Doctors (DZVhÄ) online.

(19.08.2010) The German Central Association of Homeopathic Doctors (DZVhÄ) has published its own science blog with the DZVhÄ Homeopathy.Blog. Previously, the International Society for Neural Therapy (IGNH)already a science blog with the title Neural Therapy.Blog posted on the net. Thus, a second major medical association from the field of "complementary medicine" has decided to publish a science blog.

The doctor Cornelia Bajic, the 1st chairman of the German Central Association of Homeopathic Physicians (DZVhÄ) e.V., is, among other things, transparency and a questioning of expert opinions as reasons for the site.Target is also, „to clarify the position of the DZVhÄ on scientific questions.“

Bajic, in the editorial, asks whether the individuality of patients would receive sufficient attention in medical research methodology and whether in clinical trials randomized clinical trials (RCTs) predict a prognosis probability for the individual case. Observers evaluate the journalistic offensive of large complementary medical associations as a reaction to the vehement attacks of critics of the methods.
