Lightweight endurance training promotes circulation in the blood vessels, prevents obesity and prevents impotence. Low-fat and vitamin-rich diet also contributes to this. Because a high cholesterol and high blood pressure reduce the blood supply to the penis. Even a weak musculature of the pelvic floor affects the erection. Corresponding training helps to increase duration and strength. Simply quench the urine stream while visiting the toilet or tense the muscles in the lumbar region several times a day. Last but not least, it is important to avoid psychological pressure. „In case of strong tension, the stress hormone adrenaline flows into the arteries and may trigger a hardening of the blood vessels“, warns Shepherd.
