AOK Baden-Wuerttemberg remains without additional contribution

If a health insurance company announces an additional contribution, insured persons can make use of their special right of termination. However, this only applies if the fund raises an additional fee for the first time or increases an already existing one. The right to a special termination does not apply if the health insurance in the following year levies the additional contribution in the same amount.

A notice of termination should be formless. You should indicate your insurance number, prefix and increment, date of birth and the address of your primary residence.
