Homeopathy Congress - Classic in the 21st Century

Traditionally on Ascension this year the German Homeopathy Congress is opened, it is the 163th Annual Meeting of the German Central Association of Homeopathic Physicians (DZVhÄ). Patron is Heike Taubert, Thuringia's Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Health, Thuringia State Medical Chamber President Mathias Wesser will address a greeting to the participants. At the Weimar Congress in the new Weimarhalle, under the motto "Homeopathy - Classic in the 21st Century", more than 500 doctors are expected.
Topics for daily practice
The Landesärztekammer Thüringen awards 15 CME points for this very varied annual conference. The participants receive 20 advanced training points from the DZVhÄ for the homeopathy diploma. The congress addresses its topics to physicians who are in practice. Topics of the 50 or so speakers are for example: ADHD; Chronic disorders of the back and musculoskeletal system, autoimmune hepatitis, multiple sclerosis, allergies or emergencies. A special topic deals with homeopathy in the clinic, experienced clinicians present their homeopathic work in the hospital.
Weimar Declaration of the DZVhÄ on Homeopathy in National Socialism
Professor Robert Jütte, head of the Institute of History of Medicine at the Robert Bosch Foundation and board member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the German Medical Association, will speak on 10th May about homeopathy under National Socialism (NS). Following this lecture Cornelia Bajic will hand over the Weimar Declaration on the role of homeopathic physicians during the Nazi regime on behalf of the DZVhÄ board.
A course of continuing medical education in homeopathy
As part of the congress, an A course will also be offered. The participants of the course may attend the congress occasionally - course and congress is a prize. The A-course starts on Wednesday, May 8th.
patient day
On 9 May, a patient day with nine doctors and pharmacists takes place, admission is free. Among other things, the basics of homeopathy are presented, tips are given which remedies belong in a homeopathic medicine cabinet and also explains how to treat with these lighter injuries and diseases.
