Make a healthy spread Nut-nougat cream yourself
For many Germans daily nut nougat creams are on the breakfast table. Tests have shown, however, that such products sometimes contain harmful substances. However, those who prepare the cream themselves, can determine the ingredients themselves.
Harmful components of Nutella
Although nut nougat creams are part of the daily breakfast for many Germans, health experts see the sweet spreads rather critical. With a lot of fat and little vitamins, they should not be part of everyday food. Especially a product from Ferrero has come under fire. It has been reported in the past few days that a component of Nutella could be hazardous to health. Meant was palm oil, which at high temperature (about 200 degrees Celsius) processed, seems to be potentially carcinogenic.
Mold toxins in sweet spreads
In addition, some products contain other dangerous ingredients, as tests have shown. For example, the Stiftung Warentest found in a study mold fungi in various nut nougat cream varieties.
Good reasons to prepare your own spread for breakfast. We'll show you how to make a nut nougat cream in an instant with just a few ingredients.
Recipe for a healthy nut nougat cream
You will need 400 grams of hazelnuts, two pinches of salt, five tablespoons of coconut oil, four tablespoons of cocoa, half a teaspoon of Bourbon vanilla flavor and six tablespoons of agave syrup.
First, the oven is preheated to 170 degrees. Then the hazelnuts are placed in the oven for about eight to ten minutes on a tray lined with baking paper and then chopped until a paste has formed.
Then add the remaining ingredients (salt, coconut oil, cocoa, bourbon-vanilla flavor, agave syrup) and mix everything well: done!
The recipe can also be modified well. So you can use instead of hazelnuts, almonds, hazelnuts or cashews. And the coconut oil can be replaced by almond or hazelnut oil. (Ad)
