Impending lead poisoning recall campaign for lipstick and lipliner started

The non-food discounter "Action" has launched a callback for the lip care set "Max & More Lipstick & Lipliner Set". The product "does not comply with the EC Cosmetics Directive because of an increased lead content", the company said. The inclusion of lead threatens serious health problems. Increased lead content in lipsticks

The affected lipstick & lipliner set can be returned in any action store without proof of a receipt against purchase price refund.
